Refund policy

 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns must be made within 14 days for either FVT store credit or exchange. At this time, we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed to be faulty (malicious damage doesn't qualify as faulty) or damaged. FVT credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

We do ask that the following requirements are met:

- Item/s must be in original condition.

- Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

- Item/s must not be maliciously damaged. This will not be tolerated.

- Sale items are non returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any exchanges that do not meet above requirements

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to Uno Designs for an exchange or refund are not covered nor reimbursed by us.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY EXCHANGE / REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process returns as quickly as possible. If you are initiating a return, you should receive approval of your request within 2-3 business days however, please note, we are a small business and during busy periods this may take a little longer.

If you are exchanging, we will send your new piece/s out, and email you a new tracking number within 7-10 business days after your return items have been received.
